Len Patanella
Len Patanella entered the mortgage industry in 1983 and joined the NJ Lenders Shrewsbury branch in Spring 2023. Len’s career began after his graduation from Montclair State University, when he went into real estate sales and management with The Berg Agency, where he remained for ten years. Over the course of his career, Len has worked with several large mortgage companies as an originator, branch manager, and area sales manager.
As a result, Len offers extensive experience with a large variety of mortgage products.
“In the last 20 years, I have become an expert on reverse mortgage financing, and it’s been a big part of my production,” Len says. “I enjoy helping all of my clients find the best financing for their needs, and even more so with seniors, because their financing needs are even greater as they are on fixed incomes.”
Len is authorized to lend in the following states: New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
